Delicious caramel cookie bars with an incredible layer of sticky caramel stuffed between layers with a touch of peanut butter. These cookie bars are EPIC and you will never do them again! There is a reason why they are called Knock You Naked Bars!

 "I'm going to marry them!"

Truer words never sounded from my little brother's mouth.

He could have laughed at asking the names of these little demons before taking a little. One bite and he was in love. So in love that he thought he would marry them.

I love my little brother. He is the best taste tester of all time. Much better than hubs (sorry, love, hun!). He's single so every time I do something and he gets a taste test, he's super pumped up. Hubs, on the other hand, say only one word. Nothing like "I'm going to marry them!" Of course, I could be offended by what comes from the hubs.

Maybe it's because my mom trained him so well. Yup is going to give mom credit for it. I don't know how she trained him to ooo and ahhh during meals and treats, but I'm going to have to choose his brain on it so that I can train the hubs.

The hubs… formed. Wow, it's a laugh. Has anyone ever trained them?

If you do, please share your secret.

I should also pay tribute to the older brother. We were out for Halloween and he had dropped off his daughter to relieve my mother from taking care of Miss K. In the middle of the bar's festive atmosphere, he had to bend over and say, "You have one less bar at home . They were amazing! "

Oh yes, that's right, this mom thought she was going out for some adult drinks last weekend. Yep, it cured me of that for a year. I need to sleep.

So if you need someone to suggest you, I love you, oooo and ahh, head straight to the kitchen with this recipe in hand.
